Drake Brewery Field Tour

 

ASPE SF Chapter had a field trip to the Drake Brewery on May 17th.

 

The first major ale-swilling addition to a microbrewery originally built inside an old San Leandro Caterpillar Tractor plant back in '89, Drake's Barrel House is the label's new on-site brewery taproom. A tour of the older microbrewery and the newer one across the street, allowed the group to understand the different ways to brew a good batch of beer.
