Ted Jacob Engineering Group (TJEG) is a multi-discipline engineering consultancy firm with offices strategically located in Oakland (San Francisco), Pasadena (Los Angeles), Dubai, Beirut and Manila.  Our 
Oakland office is seeking a Senior Plumbing Engineer with the following qualifications: 
 
SENIOR PLUMBING ENGINEER  
 

• Must have 5-10 years Healthcare experience required 

• California PE License desired 

• CPD by ASPE (Certified Plumbing Designer) desired 

 
Function: Design of Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems including Medical Gas, Fuel Line Systems and Fire Sprinkler Systems. Coordinate with other trades and consultants, Construction Administration and Project Management experience, proficiency with plumbing and fire protection AutoCAD software and design and BIM (REVIT). Past experience with preparation of construction documents, performing site visits to verify field conditions and interdisciplinary coordination required.  
 
Skills: Effective written and verbal communications, team player, attention to detail, goes the extra mile to satisfy the Client and get the job done, ability to see the big picture.
